Added to the core range, the vatting will be developed each year by adding more matured casks. This years Machir Bay consists of 60% 3 year old, 35% 4 year old and 5% 5 year old whisky, each have been matured in fresh bourbon casks before being finished off in oloroso sherry butts for 8 weeks.
