It comes from the Campeonsimo vineyard in Pago Miraflores and is made by the ancestral method: the wine is bottled before fermentation is fully finished, so the bubbles form naturally inside the bottle. What makes this wine stand out is its long rest on the lees, around 100 months, which gives the bubbles a
